Welcome to The Newcastle Show – the Hunter region’s largest annual ticketed event!

Spanning three vibrant days, The Newcastle Show draws audiences from across the region, inviting all to celebrate the unique blend of country and city life. Hosted by the Newcastle Agricultural, Horticultural & Industrial Association Inc., our show has been a beloved tradition for over 120 years, creating a space where businesses, communities, and families come together to buy, sell, educate, innovate, and revel in the rich diversity of Newcastle and the Hunter region.

In 2025, we’re turning up the excitement, with a goal to engage the 1.9 million residents of the Upper and Lower Hunter, Central Coast, Mid-North Coast, and North Sydney. Our refreshed and innovative program introduces even more ways for brands to connect through engaging displays, immersive experiences, and cutting-edge technology. Alongside these new additions, we’re keeping the cherished traditions families have come to love, from livestock shows to carnival rides.

Join us as we celebrate everything that makes the Newcastle and Hunter region extraordinary – where the city meets the country in an event like no other.

By purchasing a ticket to the 2025 Newcastle Show, you are agreeing with the Newcastle Showground Entry Conditions (these can be found on our website).

Entry into the 2025 Newcastle Show will be via Griffiths Road, Curley Road and Brown Road.

GATE TIMES:

  • FRIDAY & SATURDAY: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • SUNDAY: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tickets can be scanned from mobile devices or printed tickets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Online Ticket Sales will end at 3:30pm on Sunday 5th March 2023.

All tickets for the 2025 Newcastle Show are exclusively available at tickets.newcastleshow.com.au. Tickets purchased through other platforms or sellers cannot be guaranteed for entry.
